Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1 - 8 business days, custom orders can range from 1 to 14 business days depending on customization and product. These are handmade products and most products are made on order to allow customers the option for customization.  Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.Customers will receive tracking information when available.Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.Creative Handz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by customers.Please contact us if your package is lost or damaged in transit.
