Shipping Policy

Every Creative Handz piece is handmade with care and packed by hand. Here’s what to expect once you order.

Processing times

• In-stock items ship within 1–8 business days.
• Custom orders take 7–9 days to make after mockup approval before they ship. Large blankets and rugs can take up to 3 weeks.
• Orders with in-stock and custom pieces ship together when the custom piece is ready, unless you request otherwise.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Where we ship

Creative Handz currently ships within the United States. Local delivery is available within 10 miles of Hendersonville, Tennessee. Choose Local delivery at checkout, and Creative Handz will arrange a drop-off time once your order is ready.

Shipping rates

Blankets, sweaters, cardigans, tops and accessories: Economy $6.99, Standard $8.00 or free on orders of $70 or more, and Express $15.00.

Rugs ship at a flat rate based on size: 5 × 7, $35; 8 × 10, $55; 9 × 12, $75; 10 × 14, $95. Multiple-rug shipping is based on combined size and weight, with the final amount shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking, address accuracy and delays

You’ll receive an email with tracking once an order ships. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can affect delivery. If an order arrives damaged, email support@creativehandz72.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.
