Refund Policy

Every Creative Handz piece is handmade with care. Some pieces are ready to ship from the in-stock collection, and others are custom made just for you.

In-stock items

These pieces are already made and ready to ship. All sales are final. Please check the size, measurements and photos before you order. If you’re unsure about fit or color, email first for help.

Custom orders

• Custom orders are paid in full at checkout. This reserves your spot and covers materials bought just for you.
• You can cancel a custom order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as a mockup has not been sent.
• Before work begins, Creative Handz emails a mockup. You can request changes until you are happy with it.
• Once you approve the mockup, the order is final sale because it is made only for you.

Our handmade guarantee

If Creative Handz makes a mistake, it will be made right at no cost to you. This includes an item that arrives damaged or defective, does not match the listing or approved mockup, or is the wrong item. Email support@creativehandz72.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Creative Handz will repair, remake or replace the piece, and cover shipping. If it cannot be fixed, you will receive a refund.

Not covered

Change of mind, sizes or details you selected or approved, natural handmade variations of up to 1–2 inches in size, slight color differences from a screen, wear or care damage, and packages lost because of an incorrect address are not covered.

Lost or stolen packages

Creative Handz will help you file a claim with the carrier.
