Ready-to-ship pieces leave in 1–8 business days. Custom orders take 7–9 days after mockup approval before shipping. Large blankets and rugs can take up to 3 weeks.
Can I customize the colors of my rug?
Yes. Share your team name, colors and preferred size. Creative Handz will confirm the details by email before work begins.
Do you ship across the United States?
Yes. Creative Handz ships to all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
What materials do you use?
Creative Handz prioritizes natural fibers such as wool and premium cotton blends that are durable, soft and resistant to pilling.
