Custom Order Terms

Custom orders are made after your mockup is approved. You can request changes before approval. Once a mockup is approved, the order is final sale because it is made specifically for you.

Custom orders are paid in full at checkout. You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours, provided a mockup has not been sent.
